Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 12, 2026
Overview
This Refund Policy applies to the communication platform and related services provided by Hello Hotel LLC ("Hello Hotel," "we," "our," or "us"). This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service at hellohotel.co/terms-of-service and Privacy Policy at hellohotel.co/privacy-policy.
CANCELLATION
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Service will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to all features included in your plan until that date.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that billing period.
  • Once your billing cycle ends, your access to the Service will cease and your account will be deactivated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
SUBSCRIPTION FEES
  • Hello Hotel does not provide refunds for subscription fees that have already been charged. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
  • If we terminate your account for cause (such as a violation of our Terms of Service), no refund will be issued for the remaining billing period.
  • If we discontinue the Service or make material changes that significantly reduce functionality, we will provide a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your subscription.
ACCOUNT BALANCE & PAY-AS-YOU-GO
  • For pay-as-you-go features, funds you deposit into your account reserve are held for usage-based charges such as telephony minutes, SMS messages, and additional phone numbers. These reserve funds remain available as long as your account is active.
  • Upon cancellation, any unused funds in your account reserve will be refunded. Once your subscription ends at the close of the current billing cycle, we will return your remaining account balance to your original payment method within 30 days.
HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
  • Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5 to 10 business days after we initiate the refund.
  • To request a refund of your account balance upon cancellation, contact us at the address below. Please include your account name and the email address associated with your account.
POLICY CHANGES & GENERAL
  • Hello Hotel reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance to existing Customers. The most current version of this policy is always available at hellohotel.co/refund-policy.
  • This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
  • In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
