Three plans. Unlimited ease.
Hello Hotel costs $99, $149, or $299 a month, and the plans differ by how many people and how much usage they cover, never by what the product can do. You are month to month, there is no setup fee, and there is no hardware to buy.

Every plan gets the whole product.
Shared inbox, calls and texts on one number, live Mews data in every conversation, automations, AI-drafted replies, call recording and transcription, voicemail, routing, and every integration are on all three plans. Nothing is held back for a higher tier and nothing is sold as an add-on. You move up a plan when you add people or use more, and that is the only reason you ever move up.
Everyone gets AI.
AI-drafted replies and AI summaries on calls and voicemails are included on every plan, with no separate AI charge.
Everyone gets the integrations.
Mews, RemoteLock, Zapier, webhooks, and email connections are on Core.
Everyone gets the phone system.
Multi-step routing, a phone menu, voicemail transcription, and call recording are not a premium tier.
Everyone gets support.
You are talking to the people who build it.
Pick by your team, not your room count.
Hello Hotel is not priced per room, so a twelve-room property and a sixty-room property on the same plan pay the same. What moves you up a plan is how many people need to be in the inbox and how much you talk to guests.
Fits a property where two or three people cover the desk and most guest contact happens around arrival and departure. One number for guests, one for the team.
Fits a property running real shift coverage, where housekeeping, maintenance, or a night auditor need to see the inbox too, and texting has become the main way guests reach you.
Fits a property with steady inbound volume all day, several numbers in play, or two or three properties sharing one team.

Every plan, side by side.

Voice minutes are billed per minute and round up to the next full minute. Text is billed per segment. Included amounts reset monthly and do not roll over.
Pay only for what you use.
If you pass an included amount, Hello Hotel keeps working and the extra shows up on your next invoice at the rate below. Your guests never hit a wall because you had a busy month, and nobody has to approve anything for a text to send.

The price on this page is the price.
No hardware.
There are no desk phones to buy, no in-room handsets, and nothing to install. Hello Hotel runs in a browser and on iOS, and calls can forward to any cell phone.
No per-room licensing.
Hotel phone systems are commonly priced per room per month, which means the bill grows every time you fill the property. Hello Hotel does not work that way.
No setup fee.
Signing up is self-serve, porting your existing number is included, and there is no implementation charge.
No contract.
Hello Hotel is month to month. You can cancel in the app.
For most properties, one extra booking a month covers the cost of Hello Hotel. Give your team and your guests something better.
Common questions about pricing
How much does Hello Hotel cost?
Hello Hotel is $99 a month for Core, $149 for Team, and $299 for Scale. Every plan includes the entire product. The plans differ by how many users and phone numbers you get and how much calling and texting is included.
Is there a contract?
No. Hello Hotel is month to month and you can cancel from your account settings. There is no annual commitment and no cancellation fee.
Is there a free trial?
Not right now. Plans start at $99 a month, you are not locked into anything, and you can see the whole product on a demo before you pay for it.
Do I pay per room?
No. A twelve-room property and a sixty-room property pay the same on the same plan. Hotel phone systems are often priced per room per month, so the bill grows as you fill the property. Hello Hotel is priced by team size and usage instead.
Do I pay per user?
Each plan includes a set number of users: three on Core, seven on Team, fifteen on Scale. Everyone within that number is free to add, and past it, additional users are $10 to $15 each per month depending on your plan. Most properties never hit the cap.
What happens if we go over our included minutes or texts?
Nothing stops working. The extra is billed at your plan’s overage rate on your next invoice, and you can watch your usage in the app. If you are going over every month, moving up a plan usually costs less than the overage.
How are calls and texts billed?
Calls are billed per minute and round up to the next full minute. Text is billed per segment, and a segment is roughly 160 characters, so a long message can count as more than one. The composer shows you the segment count as you write, and automations show it too, so nothing is a surprise.
Is AI included, or does it cost extra?
Included. AI-drafted replies and AI summaries on calls and voicemails are on every plan with no separate AI charge and no per-draft cost.
What about the AI voice agent?
The voice agent is coming. We are building it now and bringing on a small group of properties to test it with us before it reaches general accounts. The conversational AI minutes listed on each plan are for those early access properties. If you would like to be one of the first, mention it when you book a demo and we will save you a spot.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Signing up is self-serve and takes a few minutes, porting your existing number is included, and there is no implementation charge.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your account settings, and the change takes effect immediately. Start on the plan that fits your property today.
Ready when you are.
Setup is self-serve and takes a few minutes. Pick a number or start moving your existing one, invite your team, connect Mews, and you are taking calls and texts the same day. If you would rather see it first, a demo is thirty minutes.
