Hello Hotel is a two-person company on a mission to give independent hotels a communication system that actually works — one that makes guests feel taken care of and operators feel in control.
Hospitality is personal.
Travel is about experience and connection. The host who gives you the real restaurant recommendation. The front desk that remembers you from last time, and that you like extra coffee in the room. The local tip that turns a visit into a story you tell for years.
The people who run independent hotels know this better than anyone. They got into hospitality because they love taking care of guests, not because they wanted to manage a phone system.
We build tools that get out of the way so hospitality, not just service, can actually happen.
Where it started
Built it for our own motel first.
Hello Hotel began as a homemade system for The Timberline, a 16-room motel in Leadville, Colorado. Our small team is cross trained and covers the whole property on foot, so guest communication had to work from anywhere, reach people before and after their stay, and run without hardware or one more app to check.
Nothing we tried did all three, so we built what we needed: one number for calls and texts, one inbox the whole team could see, and guest details from the PMS sitting inside every conversation.

We’ve built enterprise-grade software together before. When we went looking for a system that could handle guest communication at a small property and found nothing that fit, we left our jobs and built one. Hello Hotel is for the properties that need it most: small, independent hotels where every guest interaction matters.
